About Karisa

After graduating from Texas A&M and spending 8 years in public education, 7 of those in Special Education, Karisa pivoted to residential real estate in 2023. She enjoys reading, lifting weights, being outdoors and relaxing on the porch with her dog, Addis.

Her passion for helping others has pushed her to new and exciting opportunities. One of which was starting a vacation bible school in Ethiopia for South Sudan refugees when she was 19 years old. Not content to leave so many children without any basic education, she has recently headed up building a tuition free, k-6 grade school next to a South Sudanese orphanage. Two and a half years ago Karisa discovered her knack for content creation and marketing. Several locally owned businesses and a non-profit have enlisted her to help them grow to new heights.

Karisa uses that same passion, hard work, and creativity to help her clients find or sell their home and start a new & exciting chapter in their own lives. An eighth generation Texan with almost 200 years of Texas roots, she is the agent you need to help you find the right Texas home.
